Refund policy

REFUND POLICY:

 
  • Items can only be returned within 14 days of the date of arrival and when accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, accessories, bodysuits and swimsuits.

 

  • The item must be in like new condition, unless defective when sold. Which means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and able to be sold. Items will not be refunded past 14 days, only an exchange or store credit would be accepted. We will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an E-Gift card to the email address on file. If you do not want to use it right away, store credit can be used immediately and never expires. 
       (Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the online store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.)

Online Store credit never expires. Online Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.

 

  • KASUAL KROOKZ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

 

  • We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at KASUAL KROOKZ.

 

  • When returning, we recommend using a traceable service such as UPS or USPS. Please also remember that you are responsible for returning shipping charges, depending on the problem at hand.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing time is standard. Priority shipping allows it get to you faster once put in the mail. Express can be overnight depending on location.
